CIRCUIT BACKGROUND

The Grantham & Vale of Belvoir Circuit was formed in 2003 out of the old Grantham and Vale of Belvoir Methodist Circuits.

There are currently 2 Full Time Methodist Ministers (based in Bingham and Grantham), and 1 part time/shared URC Minister (based in Grantham, but also with responsibility for Stamford URC)

There are 5 Supernumerary Presbyters, and 3 Supernumerary Deacons

We also have a Families and Youth Worker at Bingham/East Bridgford, a Community Evangelist at Harrowby Lane, Grantham and a part-time Circuit Administrator based in Bingham

Along with 20 Local Preachers and 9 local church Worship Leaders, we serve 9 Churches as well as the communities who live in Grantham & the Vale of Belvoir.
